The Doncaster and District Model Railway Club

Doncaster Model Railway Club in South Yorkshire.

The Doncaster and District Model Railway Club was established in 1964 and meet in their Clubroom on Tuesday evenings at 7pm.

New members of all ages and abilities are always welcome – anyone interested can simply drop in or if preferred contact the Club in advance.

The Clubroom is located to the rear of 287 Bentley Road, Doncaster, DN5 9TG.

The Club has various layouts, including Northport Church Street, an OO gauge roughly based on Southport Chapel Street Station.
The Odds End layout was primarily developed as a learning exercise for new members and is another 00 gauge.

The Club participate in various exhibitions throughout the year and a number of their layouts are available for display.
Support is also provided for the annual Festival of British Railway Modelling held at Doncaster Racecourse each February.
