Model Aircraft Club in Newbury Berkshire.

The Newbury and District Model Aircraft Society has been in existence for over 35 years.

All Members must hold British Model Flying Association membership, to which organisation the Club is affiliated.

The Club currently has use of a well located field to the north of Chieveley, which is leased and controlled directly by them. There are limitations on flying times and types of aircraft and more information can be found on the website on this subject. The field is, is however, a well maintained grassed area, well clear of buildings and obstructions.

The Club also runs indoor flying sessions for Members over 8 years of age. This area of the sport continues to grow, both at a Club and national level.

Currently, the Club also hold an annual indoor event in a large hall at St Barts School in Newbury. A small charge is levied for this event to help cover costs.
