Model Railway Club in Princes Risborough Buckinghamshire

The Risborough and District Model Railway Club founded in 1971. They currently have a diverse membership interested in all things railway.

Meetings are held every Friday evening between 7.30pm and 10pm in the Carrington Room and the Princes Risborough Community Centre, HP27 9AX.

There is a hot and cold drinks bar and also the use of a television and video to allow members to view videos and DVDs.

Bring along your own modelling projects or alternatively, work on the Club project layouts. Layouts include:

  • Okehampton (O gauge, SR/BR, 1948-55)
  • Aylesbury Town (P4 gauge, 1950s/60s)

The Club also arrange trips and excursions to various places of interest. We recently visited Ted Martins Garden and Woodland Railway in Thame, Oxfordshire.
