The Bournville Model Railway Club

Model Railway Club near Birmingham West Midlands

The Bournville Model Railway Club founded in 2010 is at Rowheath Pavillion, Bournville.

It quickly became apparent that larger premises were required and the Club moved to Winterbourne House and Gardens in Edgbaston.
The Club moved to its current home in Prospect Hall in 2018.

The Club is open between 10am and 3pm on Tuesdays and between 3pm and 10pm on Thursdays.

Layouts currently comprise an N Gauge – the Bourneville Shed layout – which is based upon period signalling diagrams and Ordnance Survey maps which provide an authentic track layout that allows the Club to run trains from the period 1939 to closure in 1960.

In addition to the above N Gauge, there is the Bournville Modular Railway layout which caters for Club members whose primary interest is British outline 00 gauge.
